It all began when . . .

I introduced my ex-husband to a wonderful woman that I met while out with friends.  When my friends protested as I told them my plan, I said, “I can’t help myself.  They are perfect for each other.”  (And yes, they are still together!)  So as I have told that story to the clients and candidates that I spend my days with as a high-level executive recruiter, the single ones have frequently asked me to help them. 

In full disclosure, I have been called a “yenta” since I was in college.  It is why I knew I would love the world of executive recruiting. It combines my passion for connecting people, my highly intuitive nature, and my deep fascination with all things leadership-related.

I believe strongly in the power of one person to make a difference – in the world, in a company, or for a person. If I can help two people meet and change their lives for the better then I am all in.  It is limited just to the people I spend my days with (life science and healthcare types) because I notice similarities in their philosophy and approach to life.  Finding the right match for people I've come to know and admire is a way to apply my skills and insight in a new way, to make the world a happier place.
